I am writing to request a full return and refund for the device you recently sent me.
Although delivery was already delayed by almost a month beyond the agreed date, there are several additional issues that make the unit unacceptable:
1. Handle Size & Color The handpiece is much smaller than the space prepared for it and the color is different from previous units I purchased.
2. Power Output We agreed on a power of 150, but the device only provides 60, less than half of the specification.
3. Display Screen The screen is completely different from the identical models I previously purchased from you (through another account), despite our agreement that this unit would match them exactly.
4. Filter Condition The filter arrived with water inside, which strongly suggests the device is used.
5. Excessive Noise Even with the volume lowered in the settings, the device makes a loud sound whenever I select something on the screen.
6. Electrical Buzzing There is an intermittent buzzing

Hi dear, the details of the machine are based on our communication and invoice before you order. Before sending machine, I sent you video about it for confirmation as well. As for delivery, according to our agreement, the machine is transported by rail. Railway transportation takes longer time, and there are some uncertainties in the middle, such as customs inspection, which will affect the transportation time.
